The very first Pinney’s Beach Villa constructed and the closest home to the beach at Four Seasons Resort Nevis is now available for purchase.

Renovated in 2019, the owners converted the interior courtyard into fabulous 300 square foot indoor dining room, enclosing the staircase and expanding the foyer. Following this addition extensive improvements to the outdoor living spaces included an outdoor kitchen, bar and expanded lounging areas around the pool along with Starfruit and lemon trees.

Villa 2001 is the only single-owner villa within the existing Pinney’s Beach Villas, the remainder are owned in fractions.

Set on just over ½ acre of land, owners will enjoy a larger swimming pool, the addition of a bocce court, along with a private gate enabling direct access to the resort.

The expansive nature of the yard and the improved position of the guest cottage ensure a spectacular view of Nevis Peak from the living room and pool area.
