Prior to becoming a real estate advisor, in 2021, at the globally recognized brokerage firm, ONE Sotheby’s International Realty Miami Beach, Eric served as managing director of Four Seasons Resort Estates Nevis, a real estate development company, for 9 years, was Director of global accounts for Tokyo based Alps Electric for 8 years, building a solid foundation as an International businessman, developer, real estate investor and deal maker.
Eric’s experience, reputation and relationships acquired over 30 years of representing major corporations, international consumer brands, public figures and gov’t leaders in various capacities and in multiple industries, make Eric uniquely qualified to guide buyers and sellers through what is, ordinarily, the largest financial transaction one undertakes in their lifetime.
Starting out at Four Seasons Resort Estates as a broker, then Director of Marketing, and Managing Director, prepping the company for sale to a new ownership group; Eric is, once again able to focus on what he loves – acting as a counselor, guide and consigliere to people during the exhilarating, stressful and sometimes terrifying time of buying and selling a home.
Realizing he’s much more effective representing clients who share his passion for living life to its fullest, Eric’s practice is “lifestyle” driven (as opposed to the more commonly pursued “geographic” model). As a result he is known for representing a global clientele, of entrepreneurs, lifestyle seekers and global citizens, “The ‘sophisticated crowd’”, he calls it.
