Before joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Miami, Florida in 2021, Eric Johnson established himself in real estate development sales on the Caribbean Island of Nevis.

In 2014 he became the head of sales at Four Seasons Resort Estates – Nevis, the 375-acre residential community anchored by Four Seasons Resort. Building relationships with the leading Citizenship by Investment advisors globally, Caribbean heads of state and top ministers, he helped make the Villas at Pinney’s Beach the most successful development in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.

In the span of two years, the company sold over $100 million in villas, land and fractional residences. In 2018, he became the head of the company on island, adding construction and operations to his role overseeing sales, including a 3.5 year, multi-million dollar renovation of a villa through the pandemic.

While maintaining a presence in the Caribbean, Eric moved back to the United States in 2021, to be closer to his South Florida based family.
